Prayer. Discipleship. Service.
Building A Better Community
The Administrative Support Team is excited to announce plans to return to in-person outdoor worship on Sunday, July 19th at 9:30 am.
It is our hope to do this through Labor Day Weekend, weather permitting.
We will be following all the guidelines listed on this website(Covid-19 Guidelines).  Click on link on Home button above for guidelines.
This will include everyone wearing a mask, sitting 6 feet away from members of different households.  At this time, there will not be passing of the peace or singing any hymns when we gather for worship.
When you arrive, an attendant will direct you where to go.  We recommend that you bring your own Bible and lawn chairs as the building and restrooms remain closed until further notice.
We request that you arrive early to give everyone a chance to be safely seated.
We look forward to seeing you soon!!

New to Faith?

Thank you for visiting Faith United Methodist Church. Through prayer, discipleship and community service, we’re Building A Better Community. Join us for Sunday worship, Bible Study, and mission opportunities. We offer opportunities to learn more about the Bible and God, serve the community, and have a good time. If you want to learn more about our church, come and visit. Check out our FAQ page to get answers to questions such as what to wear to church, where children go during worship, and how we take communion. Be sure to check out our worship page to learn more about the difference between our different Worship options. We’ll see you on Sunday.

Discipleship is a life long process. As we worship, learn, pray, give and serve together, we grow closer to God. Adult Sunday School, WHAM (Youth Group) and adult weekly classes provide places to ask hard questions, find support, and practice living the life of faith. Our mission projects provide ways to get your hands dirty and serve your neighbor. Get connected to others living the life of faith.

About Us

Faith UMC is a growing church in Chicopee, MA. Established as a Sunday school in 1891, we celebrated 120 years of ministry in 2011. Every Sunday, we offer two different worship experiences and Sunday School for Adults. There are mid-week Bible studies for adults, occasional youth events, and a variety of opportunities for service in the community.
Each year we join with other churches, sending a team of workers to Hollywood, South Carolina to help repair homes for those in great need
We serve a meal each month at “Justice for Our Neighbors” at Trinity United Methodist Church, Springfield
If you want to learn more about our church, come and visit. We’ll see you on Sunday.
